Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all Lunoh products and services, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, data services, website building tools, and consumer applications. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

"Services" refers to all Lunoh products including but not limited to: GradeAgentic, ParcelReport, TalentAdmin, Daily Grub, and any other products we may offer.

Pricing varies by product and is stated on each product's website or in your Order Form. Some products are free to use, some offer free tiers with paid upgrades, and some require payment for access.

For paid services, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the terms stated in your Order Form or on the product website. You authorize us or our payment processor to bill applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the services.

Our property: Lunoh owns its software, documentation, websites, branding, and data compilations. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant Lunoh a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our offerings.

Some of our products provide data services (such as ParcelReport). Data is provided as-is from public and licensed sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

Data licenses may have additional terms. Review the specific product agreement for details.

Some of our products are platforms that allow you to create and publish your own content (such as TalentAdmin). You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and publish through these platforms.

You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Product-specific terms may apply.

For consumer products (such as Daily Grub), information is provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information such as restaurant deals, prices, or availability. Always verify with the establishment directly.

Some consumer products may feature sponsored or promoted content from businesses. Sponsored content is clearly labeled. We do not use advertising networks or sell user data to advertisers. Sponsored placements are direct relationships with businesses relevant to the product.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Lunoh's liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse of our services, or non-payment. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Upon termination, you must stop using the services. We will provide reasonable assistance to export your data where applicable.
