For Account-Based Products

For Consumer Applications

If a security breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the regulator (Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta - OIPC) as required by law.
Service Providers and Transfers
We use vetted service providers to help deliver our services, including:
- Cloud infrastructure: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, edge computing)
- Payment processing: Stripe (we do not store payment card details)
- Analytics: Product analytics to understand usage patterns
- Email: Transactional email for authentication and notifications
Some processing may occur outside Canada (primarily in the United States). All service provider contracts require appropriate privacy and security safeguards. Contact us for current subprocessor details.

We do not use advertising. We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or use advertising tracking cookies. Our business model is based on paid products and direct sponsorships, not advertising.

Children's Privacy
